SHIPPING POLICY

We will dispatch the goods within 4 working days of receiving the order, as long as the items are in stock.

Express shipping can be arranged at additional cost, please contact us for more information. 

However, under the pandemic circumstances, each shipping can take longer than the normal estimated time shown below. 

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT our working days. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.

Shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, package size, and the shipping regions. The cost  will be shown before you make payment. Please also see the shipping cost guide and free shipping criteria below.

Deliveries may require a signature. We cannot accept any liability for the instructions which you give to the delivery company.

We do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, and Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

About Customs & Duties Tax

The recipient is responsible for all duties and customs charges, sales taxes and any other local charges when the shipping enters the country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. These rules vary by country, so please contact the local customs office for further information. We can not accept return and/or refund of the items when customs charge not being paid.

Return & Exchange Policy

Breakage On Delivery or Wrong Items

We offer free UK returns on all full price orders, in case of damage on shipping or wrong item sent.

Breakage claim is accepted only for items being damaged on delivery, and the claim submitted in 7 days from the date of receipt. Please contact us immediately with the sufficient explanation and proof of damage, such as pictures of the damaged item on delivery.

 

The claim for damage made after use won't be accepted. 

If there is visible damage to your package please open and inspect the contents to see if the item is affected. We suggest to take photo if possible. 

All original packaging and damaged items must be kept until the claim has been reported and appropriate action decided. 

International return & exchange policy depends on each country. Please contact in case of damaged or wrong item sent from us in 7 days from receiving item.

Canceling Order (UK & EU Customers Only)

If there is an issue with items purchased and need exchange or refund, please contact us within 14 days from the receipt of delivery to make a cancelation claim. 

Items must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of cancelation claim. We are not liable for the shipping cost for cancelled items.

 

Please include accessories and packaging along with the original receipt in your return package. 

Unfortunately we won't accept cancelation of SALE items.

Please note; The return items are accepted only in the country in which they were originally delivered. And only accepted if not used or damaged, and in re-sellable condition. 

When you return goods, please get it tracked and retain proof of posting. Otherwise we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that certain products cannot be returned for reasons of health & hygiene.
