To make sure you receive your order in time for Christmas, here is the recommended ordering dates.

UK: 17 December 5pm *GMT

EU: 13 December 5pm

Rest of the world: 10 December 5pm


We are closed from 24th Dec 2019 till 3rd January 2020. Orders placed after 22nd December 5pm might not be shipped out untill we reopen in January.


We will dispatch ordered goods within 3 working days of receiving the order, as long as the items are in stock.

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.



Deliveries may require a signature on delivery.  If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

We cannot accept any liability for delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

We do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, and Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

UK delivery

We offer free UK standard delivery on full price orders over £125.

Please allow 5 (or 7 during sale) working days for your standard delivery order to arrive.

All deliveries are signed and tracked if not stated otherwise.

Shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of items and shown before you make your payment.


Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

IMPORTANT NOTICE About Customs & Duties Tax

The recipient is responsible for all duties and customs charges, sales taxes and any other local charges when entering the ship to country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. These rules vary by country, so please contact the local customs office for further information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Breakage or Wrong Items

We offer free UK returns on all full price orders, in case of damage on shipping or wrong item sent.

Breakage claim will only be accepted for the item being damaged on delivery, and the claim submitted in three days from the date of receipt of delivery. Please contact us with the sufficient explanation and proof of damage, such as pictures of the damaged item on delivery.

The claim for damage made after use won't be accepted. 

1. If there is visible damage to your package please open and inspect the contents to see if the item is affected. We suggest to take photo if possible. Please contact us immediately.

2. You will receive advice for the item and its packaging to be sent back to us.

3. All damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

Full price items can be returned for a refund or exchange after we received them.

All original packaging and damaged items must be kept until the claim has been reported and appropriate action decided. 



Canceling Order for UK Customers

For any unused item, please return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. In this case, we are not liable for the shipping cost.

Return of SALE item can be accepted only in the case of damage on delivery.

Please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the return items are only accepted if is NOT used or damaged, and in re-sellable condition. 


When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. We suggest to get it tracked. We cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. 

For refund or exchange, item must be sent back to us in 14 days from the cancelation claim.


We reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. Please note that certain products cannot be returned for reasons of health & hygiene.
