Floating Cutting Board
This cutting board is made of Japanese Hinoki wood.
Round edges of both ends make the board float. The other side of the board will stay clean without touching the dirt or liquid on the worktop surface. Flip it over to use the other side without wiping it.
Round edges also help stop the debris from falling off the board.

Hinoki is one of the most valued types of wood in Japan. It is of cypress family and well known for its fragrant citric aroma.
Hinokitiol, a component contained in this wood, is proved to be anti-bacterial naturally, and utilized in many way.
